Nany is a versatile individual with a diverse range of skills and passions. Originally from Guatemala and of Mayan Ki'che descent, she migrated to the USA at sixteen. With a background in permaculture, cacao regenerative agriculture, beekeeping, and curriculum development, she combines her expertise with her love for nature and storytelling. Nany is deeply involved in social entrepreneurial ventures, focusing on recycling organic materials, soil regeneration, Korean Natural Farming, vermiculture, and relational agriculture. Her interests also extend to social anthropology, ethnobotany, epigenetics of foods, and soil sciences.
