Ingredients
- 1/2 cup steel-cut oats
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- 1 tablespoon cacao (not cocoa) powder
- 1 banana
- 2 Medjool dates, pip removed
For topping:
- Handful of blueberries
- Sprinkle of cinnamon

Ferment the oats: In a bowl, combine the oats with water and vinegar. Leave the mixture at room temperature overnight to ferment.

Prepare the smoothie: In the morning, put the fermented oats, almond milk, almond butter, cacao powder, banana, and Medjool dates into a blender. Process the ingredients until you achieve a smooth and creamy consistency.

Add toppings: Decorate your bowl with a generous handful of berries. Sprinkle a dash of cinnamon over the top for added flavor.
