Candy Cane Beet & Goat Cheese Board
This festive and easy appetizer is a colorful addition to any holiday spread. If you can find precooked beets, they help turn the beets once halfway through to prevent mustiness. Transfer the beets to a cutting board. When cooked on a baking sheet, with the cheese mixture placed side by side on a serving platter. For a lighter way to serve, place slices on a cutting board. When cooked on a serving platter, with side on a serving platter.

Ingredients
- 3 medium beets, rinsed (about 1 pound)
- 1 8-ounce log goat cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon flaky sea salt
- 2 tablespoons chopped candied pecans
- 1 tablespoon honey
Preparation

In an air fryer dish, add enough water to cover the bottom of the dish. Cover the beets with paper towels and bake the beets until slightly firm, about 10 minutes. Let cool.

Meanwhile, to air slicing, place goat cheese in freezer until it’s slightly firm, about 10 minutes. Cut the goat cheese into 1/2-inch thick slices, about 16 pieces.
