Smoked Tuna Spread Canapés
Try this easy canape recipe for your next cocktail party. Made with canned tuna, cream cheese and cucumber slices on a bagel or chips. This smoked tuna dip recipe is a great way to use up leftovers from Sunday bagel brunches.

- 3 ounces reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sliced scallions
- 2 tablespoons snipped fresh chives, divided
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon liquid smoke
- 1/2 (5 ounce) can very low-sodium chunk white tuna, drained
- 2 tablespoons diced pimientos, drained
- 12 slices rye or whole-wheat bread (about 1/2-inch thick)
- 1/2 of a 12-inch English cucumber (about 8 ounces), cut into 24 slices, each about 1/4-inch thick

Arrange bread on a platter of bread. Top with a cucumber slice and about 1 tablespoon of the tuna mixture. Sprinkle with the remaining 1/2 teaspoon chives. Sprinkle with the remaining 1/2 teaspoon liquid smoke. Sprinkle with the remaining 1/2 teaspoon chives.
