Easy Scallion-Salmon Dip
Inspired by smoked salmon and cream cheese, this dip is perfect for slattering on a bagel or chips. This salmon dip recipe is a great way to use up leftovers from Sunday bagel brunches.

Ingredients
- 6 ounces reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sliced scallions
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
- 3/4 cup sliced cooked salmon
Preparation
- Whisk cream cheese, mayonnaise, scallions, lemon juice, salt and pepper in a small bowl. Fold in salmon.

- Refrigerate for up to 1 day.
