Ingredients
- 2 cups sauerkraut brine (from fermented sauerkraut or other fermented vegetables)
- 1 tablespoon raw honey (optional)

- ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
- Pinch of sea salt
Preparation

Gather brine: Use the liquid remaining from your fermented sauerkraut or fermented vegetables.

Strain if needed: Ensure the brine is clear of vegetable pieces by straining through cheesecloth.
