Sesame Garlic Wings
The ultimate flavor fusion of garlic and sesame, perfectly crispy chicken wings that delight every palate. These mouthwatering wings are sure to be a favorite.

Ingredients
- 3 lbs. chicken wings, tips removed and separated at the joint
- Sea salt and black pepper, to taste
- 4 T. sesame oil
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 T. soy sauce or tamari
- 2 T. rice vinegar
- 1 T. honey or maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
- 2 t. Sriracha or hot sauce (optional)
- 2 T. sesame seeds, for garnish
- 2 T. fresh scallions, chopped, for garnish
Preparation

Prepare wings: Pat wings dry with paper towels. Season generously with salt and black pepper on both sides.

Bake wings: Place on a rimmed baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake at 400°F for 20 minutes until the skin begins to render.

Make sauce: While wings cook, whisk together sesame oil, minced garlic, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, ginger, and Sriracha in a small bowl.

Toss and finish: Remove wings from oven, toss with sauce, and return to oven for another 15-20 minutes until crispy and caramelized.

Garnish and serve: Transfer to a serving plate, garnish with sesame seeds and fresh scallions. Serve immediately.
